Membership

Choose the level of support you want

Every membership includes the core BridgePoint education and readiness experience. Higher tiers add more personal guidance, purchase preparation, and a higher benefit maximum.

Membership details are being updated. Please check back shortly, or start your enrollment.

Membership fees pay for BridgePoint services and are not savings deposits. E&S does not hold member savings. Tier maximums are not guaranteed benefit amounts. Any E&S Homebuyer Benefit is conditional and subject to verified eligible savings, program terms, available funding, actual E&S brokerage compensation, lender and closing approval, eligible closing expenses, successful closing, and applicable representation requirements.

The E&S Homebuyer Benefit

How the benefit is determined

Members save in their own external account. If a qualifying purchase happens, E&S may apply a conditional benefit toward eligible closing expenses.

1

Verified Savings

Eligible savings remain in your own external account and are periodically verified.

2

Tier Guidelines

Your qualified membership tier establishes a potential match rate and maximum.

3

Transaction Review

The final amount depends on the actual purchase, E&S compensation, available program funding, lender approval, closing requirements, and eligible expenses.

The E&S Homebuyer Benefit is conditional and is not guaranteed. E&S does not accept or hold member savings, and no benefit is payable directly to the member.

Education

Upcoming classes

BridgePoint classes are led by licensed and experienced professionals. Many sessions are open to everyone — no account or membership required.

Professional guidance

Learn from experienced professionals

BridgePoint members learn directly from professionals across the homebuying process. Guidance is educational — no financing approval or outcome is promised.

Real estate guidance

Licensed professionals explain how listings, offers, negotiation, and representation work so members know what to expect during a purchase.

Mortgage education

Educational sessions cover loan types, documentation, debt-to-income basics, and what lenders review — without any application or approval decision.

Insurance

Insurance professionals explain homeowners coverage, deductibles, and how policies protect a home after closing.

Closing and title

Closing and title professionals walk through settlement documents, title review, and what happens on closing day.

Home inspections

Inspectors describe what a home inspection covers, common findings, and how to read an inspection report.

Financial education

Financial educators cover budgeting, credit habits, and savings strategies you can apply in your own accounts.

Home maintenance

Trade professionals share seasonal upkeep, repair planning, and the ongoing responsibilities of owning a home.

Participating professionals are independent providers. Inclusion in BridgePoint does not guarantee services, pricing, financing approval, performance, or results. Members remain free to select their own qualified lenders and other settlement-service providers.
